Overview
The University of Warwick is located on the outskirts of the historic city of Coventry and is considered by many to be one of the UK’s leading Universities. The University is one of the 24 Russell group Universities, a group that produces more than two-thirds of the world-leading research produced in UK universities and support more than 260,000 jobs across the country. The University boasts a student population of around 18,000 students from over 120 different counties.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available to all students upon request on one of the UK’s largest ranges of campus accommodation. Accommodation is guaranteed to all first-year students. All single study campus bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, have access to shared equipped kitchens and come equipped with a network point which allows fast free internet access.
Location
The University of Warwick is located in the heart of England, on the edge of the multicultural city of Coventry and the border of Warwickshire. Coventry is situated in the centre of the UK, south-east of the bustling city of Birmingham and houses a unique blend of historic architecture and new regeneration in the city centre. The city is perhaps most well-known as being the home of the British motor industry, an industry which excelled during the 20th century. The Coventry Transport Museum showcases the city’s unique and diverse history of transportation and is a worthwhile visit for any students visiting the city. To complement Coventry’s unique characterises, the city was awarded the title of ‘UK City of Culture 2021’, a move which is set to bolster the city’s current credentials and attract tourists to the area.
